Launch week for The Governess of Highland Hall was amazing, and I wanted to share some of the highlights with you!
Local Book Launch Tea Party
We had a fun celebration, Sunday, Oct. 13th, with 60 friends who came out to celebrate the release of **The Governess of Highland Hall**. Some ladies even dressed up Edwardian style for party. I am very grateful for my family and friends who stepped up to help when the caterer had to cancel just four days before the event! Why not pour yourself a cup of tea and enjoy the virtual celebration with us!
Launch Day Facebook Party – With a Video Chat
Tuesday, October 15, we hosted a Facebook Party with a live video chat. This was my first time connecting with reader this way, and it was a fun experience. Viewers typed in comments and questions for me to answer. I enjoyed talking about the story behind The Governess of Highland Hall and the characters. If you missed the party, you can still watch it on demand any time! http://bit.ly/1cqXsAz
Report from the Christian Fiction Scavenger Hunt!
It was fun to connect with so many of you during the Christian Fcition Scavenger Hunt. I enjoyed hosting Tricia Goyer at Stop #11 and reading your comments. Many people added theirname to my newsletter mailing list and connected with me on Facebook and Twitter. I gave away three copies of The Governess of Highland Hall. Here are the winners of that contest: The winner of the iPad Mini: Julie Brown Johns. The winners of the 25 autographed novels: Cyndi Lichlyter Wilson and Angie Carroll. The Bonus Giveaway winners of a copy of the Governess of Highland Hall: Bri Kae, Connie Hendryx, and Jessica White.
If you didn’t win a copy of the Governess of Highland Hall, here is another opportunity to win a copy through Book Reporter-Faithful Reader Giveaway.
Did you pick up your copy of The Governess of Highland Hall yet? I hear it is available at Walmart in 40 states! That was a fun surprise, since they don’t carry many Christian fiction novels. It’s also available online and wherever books are sold!
